Located in midtown Detroit's Cultural Center, the College for Creative Studies is a world leader in art and design education and prepares students to enter the new, global economy where creativity shapes better communities and societies. Henry Ford Learning Institute
Henry Ford Learning Institute (HFLI) is a non-profit organization that was launched in 2003 as a partnership between Ford Motor Company and The Henry Ford to share what has been learned at the original Henry Ford Academy in Dearborn, Mich. To that end, HFLI that creates innovative small schools and hands-on learning programs. During the 2012-2013 school year, HFLI and its partners are serving nearly 2,250 middle and high school students at four Henry Ford Academies (Detroit, Chicago, San Antonio and Dearborn), and what is thought to be America's only K-12 curriculum where learning centers around design challenges that bring students together and engage them in the process of developing a solution to a real-world question.
