HFA: SCS 9th and 10th grade families, please read the following information regarding upcoming testing.

Explore Test
The 9th grade students will take the ACT Explore test on
September 17, 2013, 8:20 am - 11:30am.

The ACT Explore is designed to help 8th and 9th graders explore a broad range of options for their future. It prepares students not only for their high school coursework but for their post–high school choices as well.

Students will resume their normal schedule after the test.

Please make sure your student is in school on time, well-rested, in uniform, and with their school I.D.

Students cannot test without their school I.D.

Plan Test
The 10th grade students will take the ACT Plan test on Wednesday,
September 18, 2013, 8:20 am - 11:30am.

ACT Plan serves as the midpoint measure of academic progress.

ACT Plan helps 10th graders build a solid foundation for future academic and career success. It is a comprehensive guidance resource that helps students measure their current academic development, explore career/training options, and make plans for the remaining years of high school and beyond.

Whether students are college-bound or plan to enter the workforce directly after high school, ACT Plan can help all students.

Students will resume their normal schedule after the test.

Please make sure your student is in school on time, well-rested, in uniform, and with their school I.D.

Students cannot test without their school I.D.
